day cloudy in N.E. window— The leaves remained much dependent all day & no lateral movement, yet at night sunk still considerably lower,

Ap 25. Placed before S.W. window— day light high clouds some gleams of sun. — leaves did not rise or move laterally. move

It is clear very little Heliotropic & seem to require bright light from above to make then rise

I think weight keeps them down except when light bright above
