Popular Science Monthly Supplement.

The fourth of these useful addenda to the larger magazine is not wanting in interesting matter though hardly as lively as some of its predecessors. Darwin's paper entitled: A Biographical Sketch of an Infant," his own child, by the way, displays his remarkable powers of observation and reasoning. It is simply an account of the development of the child's intellect as displayed in its looks, its attempts to speak, its fears, affections and bursts of anger.
