Copy of an agreement at a Coll. meeting April 20, 1831.

Agreed that the Rent of the Ground Floor Rooms & the Rooms over the Kitchen in the new building be Fifteen Pounds, & of the other Rooms Twenty.
And that the rent of all the rooms in the old buildings occupied by Fellow Commoners be Twenty Pounds, & of the rooms on the South side of the old Court occupied by Pensioners be Fifteen,¹ & of those on the North side be Twelve Pounds.
Garretts in the Front Court to pay a rent of Four pounds.

Mem. An additional charge is made of 10s/ a Quarter on each Fellow Commoner, 5s on each resident Bachelor, & 5s on all the Pensioners and Ten-year men, in aid of the new Building.

¹ Darwin, a Pensioner, occupied a room on the south side of the old court.
