The main peduncles of young leaves are certainly slowly sensitive to pressure of twig, & slowly bend round it: —
Does not twine at all. —
(I do not feel at all sure about end peduncle being more sensitive than lateral peduncles; I suspect I tried always upper surface of latter & lower of terminal peduncle.)
