When a dog is intently watching any moving object ready to crawl on & sprang at it, it keeps one leg lifted up, ready for progressing (& use this often in pointing showing that point is exaggeration of the crawling movement) & I have noticed that Dicky when listening to voice of strange children on other side of wall lift up & keep up one leg.— Attention with one leg lifted up.

a noise & does not know whence it comes; as I have seen with Shelah when I have called her from upper window & explanation of which is obvious to yet sound from several know from which side sound come — carried on the attention when dog does know whence sound comes.—
