John Price Watergate St Chester

A dark mouse-dun coloured pony from Market Drayton in Chester Fair Ap. 15. 1875. Besides 5 stripes from the withers, there was a broader obscuring mark just in the neck & the offsets 2 or 3 inches long in each side of a broad dorsal. All the legs strongly zebra marked, the forehead tho' very dar showed same still darker markings
