men does not cause variability

If man puts piece of drops a piece of iron into Sulph. acid he does not cause these electric affinities & the consequent changed [illeg] yet he may be said to have made Sulph. of Iron so when man places plant under new consitions, (especially if he has no intention of causing making the plant to vary) he does not cause the variability buy may be said to make the variety - yet this is from distraction
