April 26/68/ Huxley thinks pallor from fear a surface action, but cd not answer why faintness & extreme exhaustion causes pallor — supposed blood accumulation in the big veins — Doubted whether disturbed heart-action wd cause redness in passion, except through lungs, but lungs are affected.
