July 14th/67 Engleheart assures meparticularly that Boyers child cried & screamed most violently from vaccination, but he comforted him & gave him orange, & he saw distinctly the "sourcilier" contract the area corner swelling & slight wrinkle in middle of forehead. ─

During last labour pain eyes not always closed violently

Has just seen tears flow during violent retching with eyes alternately closed & opened. The depressor anguli oris were in strong action; than action →

would probably be aided by antagonistic with muscle of corner of upper lip which would be brought into play by raising upper lip & by sympathy with closing of eyelids. ─ Has not hitherto seen tears in labour except from natal distress ─
