Feb 2/70/ Etty in acting on grief muscle makes splendid grief folds ─

lowers & brings together eyebrows ─ but does not depress outer end nor raise at all rise ends ─  yet as forehead shows contraction of frontal central slip & thus muscle be in opposition to orbiculars & pyramidalis lowering the brow in a much higher degree than did occur. ─ Perhaps remark at p. 32 brow down.
