Tickling ─ causes skin to vibrate - leg to shake or Head ─ it is not odd that when such movements are not or cannot be excited that other movements shd. & if person pleased (but not otherwise for frightened child wd not laugh) that convulsive laughter is caused.

We cannot say what itching is more than pain. ─
