 On the value of the differences between the so-called Races of Man.

In determining whether several altered forms be considered as distinct species, naturalists guided, it will, I think, be admitted the following considerations. The amount or the difference; whether many parts have been since differentiated, whether any of their each part are high physiological importance, & especially whether differences are constant in each the under comp[excised] forms or facts can be established, it is [illeg] [excised] Even a slight degree [excised]
