Aug. 44 Waterhouse says, that beside his Bug case of one individual with wings, there is a long aquatic Hemipt, an Hydrometra, which is occasionally with quite perfect wings (doubts their flying) this happens on certain Ponds, as near Wandsworth there is others. An Omaseus is sometimes winged & sometimes not - W. Believes number of Mammæ good specific character, certainly in hollow horned Ruminants Antelopes, - Cow-case in same tribe Benthams law of variability.
