Dr. Holland. Book
p. 66. The will interrupting sneezing, swallowing &c.— is strongly analogous to willing to remember a train of ideas as in music causing difficulty — probably nervousness is chiefly will interrupting trains of associated movements.— Hence difficulty in walking over precipice
music causes peristaltic & tears both involuntary.— Hence also fear? on former muscles??
