Alpine Flora are relicts of old Flora, where extinction has gone on: they may be, in comparison with lowland Floras, be compared with aberrant genera. & the number of species is few to the genera & Families. But the Arctic Flora cannot be considered as a remnant, so why Alpine Floras. Hence radiation from Mountain summits may be all true.
