Practically Fanciers care not what his Pigeons are before full fledged, thus common on selection; so in nature in most points (though structure in young can be selected as in caterpillars) – it signifies not to [illeg] shape of mouth of young &c &c now in Pigeon we do not find so much difference in early generation
