Compared cotyledons full-sized of several cabbages in K Garden, taking Cattells Barne's as type; no sensible difference in following kinds

Green Curled Savoy

Thousand-headed Kale

Brussells Sprout (cot: a trifle smaller)

Scotch Kale (do)

Cauliflower

Sprouting Broccoli purple - a shade darker-coloured & rather taller stem.

Broccoli Penzance (trifle larger)

Common Red Cabbage - rather dark purple - specially stem

Jerusalem Dwarf Purple Kail (purplish) smaller cotyledons.

Couve Tronchuda taller & on average large cotyledons

Dwarf Jerusalem Purple Kail decidedly smaller than average cots - This & true of colour only difference.

Kail, curled Jerusalem

Scotch Kail, fine feathered

Kail, Melvilles' variegated treble curled Garnishing}

Siberian Kail or Ragged Jack}
