Sept 30. 1856

Cross from Bald-Head Tumbler ♂ Roller ♀; one both feather-legged & toed, but one of the pair much more than other. — Colour like bald-head, but one had single dark feather in upper tail covert. —

Cross from Roller ♂ & Bald-Head ♀ — Both feathered legs but not more than one of the above. — The white of head extends ratherfar less down neck. — One had black upper tail coverts, with 5 central caudal white, & 1' outer on one side & 2 outers on other side both sides white, & 5 black; the other all tail white, with 2 or 3 little black feathers in upper coverts.
