two young from white Trumpeter ♂ & Red Spot ♀

Both white, feather-legged, with one with few red, the other with some few black feathers in tail & upper tail-coverts— Both turn-crowned.

Two young from Black Barb ♂ & Red Spot ♀ one pale yellowish red all over like the those of Black-Barb. — the other mainly black but feathers tipped with brown. — primaries mainly white except first one or two— shoulders white. Belly & part of throat white.

1 young from Dun Dragon ♂ & (Pouter ♂ — Fan ♀) ♀

Fine blue above, with 2 splendid black bars, rump white — outer caudal almost greyish white belly white— Black bar at near end of tail. — Some primaries white, but not first. Trace of feathering on tarsi — Beak rather long & thick. — Atavism to Pouter & Type here combined. —
