Centradenia floribunda, Kew, May 31/62/

Pistil a little declined & not bent even at tip at any period of growth & equals tips of stamen in height

Sepal-faces very pale yellow, anther larger

Petal-faces brighter-yellow smaller: both stamens are furnished with little forks, which forks all surround the pistil from the anthers in mature flowers stand almost transversely to the filaments. – Insects in searching for nectar would distend the forks, which would flush out pollen – The anthers form are irregular curved almost round the pistil, which is a little inclined on one side. –

Pale-yellow-sepal-faces black thread 4 fl.

Bright yellow pistil faces white thread 4 fl.
