Dr. Harlaam showed some incisors, very much larger intermediates between Capybara & Toxodon than Beaver & Capybara, gigantic. (Has been compared with these animals) How very curious, gigantic rodents in N. America as well as in S. America— (Described in Silliman's Journal about eight' months since).
