I see from considering Smiths 1st Edit & Sowerby's Eng. Bot – that the Zostera Marina evidently flower in a sheath like Arum beneath level of water & sheath considerably closed, but evidently not really shut.

July / 41/

The ornithogalum canadense of Linn. is same as Albuca major – The flower largish in Curtis Bot. Mag – but not apparently, shut up than large foreign Heaths.
