At 4°. 30' P.m (& therefore near to sleep time) rubbed with thin stick supported by thin card each for 1' 2 leaflets, a young & youngish one, of Cassia bicapsularis but no movement ensued — this shows that only shaking of branch induces movement.—
Try pinching lightly in morning
Ap 5' noon— Pinched young & very young leaf for 30" & no movement followed.
