Aug 15 & 16th recorded movements of petiole with bristle fixed to it & pointed pointed card on ground, recorded on vertical pane. the chief [movement] were to SE in the afternoon & these opposed to Sun's course. On the 15th the plant had to be watered in middle of experiment which perhaps caused great rise after sinking. One leaflet was observed on the 15th & it curved with the petiole.
