Mimosa albida
circumnutation of main petiole.
A young plant 3 1/4 high— The 7th fine young leaf horizontal observed under skylight— Main petiole 1.35 long with end 7 inches from vertical glass— Observed [sketch] from evening of 27 24. to near noon of 30th.‒ See Tracing.
During th each of during 2 3/4 days 3 nights rose but to very various degree, beginning to rise late in evening; on the following morning after about 7° a.m. either rose or fell & during day circumnutated in conspicuous manner.
Temp. warm on 28th 24° Cent— on 29th alm 22.°
