Placing the micrometer at right angles it took 5 min to move 3/4 of a division. The movement was away from the light.— and in the morning towards it — thus these observations may only be due to light.
LD I doubt whether any of these observation show spontaneous movements.

Can this be a horizontal movement like vertical movement of Oxalis & Cassia

Day obscure no vibrating movement!!!!
Sat. Dec 28th— The sun came out in middle of day, weak, & no vibrating movement, after exposed for an hour or two to sun. —
