Citrus Aurantium
Citrus aurantium: circumnutation of plumule, with glass filament fixed transversely transversely to near apex, illuminated from above, traced on horizontal glass from 1°. 12' 12°. 13 P.m on Feb. 20th to 8°. 54' A.m on Feb. 22d. Tracing magnified Seedling illuminated from above owing to rapid growth of plumule. The Tracing became more & more magnified
On the second morning, (Feb 21st at 10" A.m) the it was magnified 21 times, & 10 1/2 time in figure which is given; but Afterwards the mark beneath beneath the bead was moved & the tracing was magnified 36 times; or 18 times in figure given.
