(21st 4º 45 P.m, 4 squares on secondry roots) (22d 8º 30' some seem a little bowed, when naturally stragh 4º. 45' I do not think affected. (23d 8º a.m these secondry radicles not affected.)
(3) 22d 9º am put on sq. laterally on straight & oldish radicl 4º 45' not affected (23d 8º a.m not affected) O

(4) 8º a. m sq. attachd 4. 40' a little curved from sq. (20th 7º. 40' a.m, sq. lateraly r. bent much from Sachs, with basal part curved to sq. tip vertically down. (21st 4º 45 new radicle I believe with sqr.) 22' 8º 45 I think has acted in opposition to Sachs (22d 9º a.m put on sqr laterally — rad. greatly inclined from bean & old. 4º 45 not affected. but not sure) (23º. 8º a.m I think not affected
