Description of smoked glasses over which radicles of Bean have travelled..

(N.B. see to figures to be engraved & give inclination of glass-Plates)

(I) a semicircular course before described

(II) — slightly serpentine— broader slightly in some parts than others— has clearly left plate in one part for bridge of oily coat & soot

(III) with rectangular bend from obstacle— (worth giving) broader in some parts than others slightly serpentine — glass inclined 51° above horizon

p. 101 of M.S

(4.) tells nothing except difference of pressure, shows by different of pressure width of track

(5) marked differences of width, where very narrow a good deal of soot left, for here little pressure. The tip moving to one side wd. probably increase breadth of track.

(6) The track of (I) the only good one— slightly serpentine— ( no bridges left (, as geotropism & Sachs curvature coincided ?? Yes)   (I think worth engraving)

(7) Left Hand track very plainly serpentine, does not differ much in width — a sort of narrow bridge left in one spot (Engrave) — Right track does not tell anything

(8) jumped Bristle does not tell anything

(9) slightly sinuous at first & then straight— I think ragged edge shows slight irregularities in lateral movement

(10) nearly straight upper part— slightly sinuous lower part— traces of partial bridges some irregularity of width
