Seedlings Born Nov 1 & 2d now with a true leaf have Cot. Nov 15th. 10°. 15 P.m perfectly asleep & closed.—

Nov. 28' 9° P.m Cots well asleep— (so continue for above 3 weeks

Dec. 15th a plant, born on Nov. 2? & which had hypocotyl secured for observation of circumnutation is still has cotyledons raised, but 1 older seedling has them hardly at all. raised
