Both cots of seedlings irritated for 1' by nettle twig — found before had ∠ of 90º together in 10' considerably closed in 20' from rubbing formed ∠ of 58 so that each had risen 16º
I doubt whether same sp. as before sent.— No bloom, drop stick on almost upright Cots.—
Do not awake early
7th 5º 30' P.m some of absolutely closed so that it can hardly be seen that they consist of 2 Cotyledons

June 10. I burnt with Lens spot on 4 Cots— these did not rise apparently or very little, whereas the opposite one apparently did so!!!!
[in margin:] 7th young true leaf asleep in usual manner & Cots asleep at same time with reversed movement.
