Both cots of seedlings irritated for 1' by nettle twig — found before had ∠ of 90° together in 10' considerably closed in 20' from rubbing formed ∠ of 58 so that each had risen 16°
I doubt whether same sp. as before sent.— No bloom, drop stick on almost upright Cots.—
Do not awake early
7th 5° 30' P.m some of absolutely closed so that it can hardly be seen that they consist of 2 Cotyledons

June 10. I burnt with Lens spot on 4 Cots— these did not rise apparently or very little, whereas the opposite one apparently did so!!!!
[in margin:] 7th young true leaf asleep in usual manner & Cots asleep at same time with reversed movement.
