Leschenaultia formosa Oct. 29. 1862

2º 30' fertilised 5 flowers 2 with white thread internally, as well as externally.

Oct. 30 1º (ie after 22º 30') I found tubes protruding the edge of external raised lip of indusium!

31 fertilised 3 more fl. on external lip. (now 5 black threads & 2 white are left.)

Oct 31 again I saw most distinctly many pollen tubes penetrating stigmata extension lip.—
