an imperfectly crystalline greenstone — from concretions pure — being more perfectly crystallized: when weathered it resembles most singularly a brecia or conglomerate. Carb of Lime occurs the interstices — This rock occurs in an irregular mass in W side of [illeg] compact slate o in a cone of ch WNW ESE with the Trap dykes described on the East side—
Slate occurs below Beagle Channel & [illeg] Sound
