Is the solution that very land left long exposed to degradation (No fresh streams) is sinking

It is very remarkable then in extreme S Point (where many cones) 100/. approaches with .15 of coast not chiefly became recently poured out.

Soundings 100/. bottom off Palma vary between 1/4 of mile & 1 & a half both bearing unusual – Half mile is common along whole East & South coast and a little more than mile about the northern parts of island

Off NW end the coast appear chiffs, one cliff is 1117 feet high – the curse of depth appears to be gradually increasing & [illeg] beyond supposed 100/. than is 250/.
