Three pieces of 'COLLINS 1828' and one (leftmost) of 'R M 1831 1' joined by three pieces of white wove paper pasted on the verso joints. 113x13cm. The entire section is reproduced first, followed by enlargements in four parts. Part of this was published in South America, Plate I, '(3) Sketch - section up the valley of Copiapo to the base of the main Cordillera.'
