Think of variability of Cotyledons will come under individual differences of Sycamore or leaves in monocot. (?) Paris quadrifolia — instances are best.— here we absolutely see we know nothing.— if several first varied like cotyledons it wd be case of polymorphism.—

Reflect whether Ch 4. might not be brought put after 5 & 6 & close to Ch. 7
