Insects

In true genera, two of the islands, have each their own species, & [illeg] though there were a good many specimens, no exception to this = new Dragon fly. American form. = 2 water-beetles, found in Mexico & united States — very close to N. American species

3 Water Beetles.— 1 S. American genus, not certain whether confined to it.

New carabid. new genus. near Calathus

— Heteromera 3 or 4 genera: 1 genus probably Californian. (2 are Peruvian & Chilian genus)
