March 5 1860. It wd be worth while to measure Drone cells & see whether from angle to angle equals diameter of theoretical sphere in which ordinary cells are formed. How is increase effected by increase of distance above or of size & distance? Distance above would do & then nearly all or all of the work would be outside the spheres - Are drone cells when regular less [angular]?
