[B48]
Nova Scotia extreme range (Wilson's authorJardin's Edition) of Catharthes aura whenever in S. America. Staten land 10º nearer S. Pole – yet a good many instances bear on my theory of climates (compare fruit of N. & S. America)
Catharthes South Carolina 35º on S. America 41º. Island in Wilson not generally same north of Newbern (35º) but then a note is added that they run on banks of lake Erie see what Richardson says. – Most authorities say only in in Southern states)
