Mr. Robert, thinks that erosion of wales seas of great height 600-700 ft in Scandinavia & [Spitzterya] are accounted for by change in level of sea – Now Lyell has shown change unequal – Again Ruppert found change of level in Red Sea – changing so gradually that he thought change in ocean form
