Phalænopsis grandiflora - Veitch
I cannot doubt that anvil is gnawed - Lateral lobes of labellum admirably guide.
Two tendrils produced from end of Labellum & turned inwards, so that insect is induced to gnaw crown of anvil - if they gnawed or sucked end of anvil would not touch disc.
