S. 22. Acropera & Gongora & Stanhopea difficult to insert pollen-masses - but easily produce seed.
S. 22. During 3 fertilised in vain many flowers of Catasetum; but one year by putting viscid disc close within stigma got ripe fruit, does not say good seed - Cychnoches never would set any fruit — stigma dry.—
