Even in the same tribe of S. American Indians, Mr Bates, describes say that "no two of them were at all similar in the shape of the head? one more as hardly in fishes had an oval vestige with fine features & another as was quite Mongolian in breadth & prominence of cheek, spread of nostrils & obliquity of eyes."
