Batrachians

Uses term Urodela (see Owen)

Colour of foreigners not more conspicuous - no muscles in dorsal crest - crest not common attribute, almost confined to one newt & Axolt.

Both sexes not provided with crests. — No other differences besides crest & palmated feet known to him.

Use Triton not Lissotriton

Does not know about sexual fighting or [illeg] ..
