I feel that I owe you an apology is owe to you for not answering your letter of April 12th last, for truly wish beg to thank you, but I have been giving the subject due consideration, & while, I am bound willing to accept Mr Darwin's assurance that he had no intention of being discourteous to me in writing to the Educa Dept.─ I fail to see that he has explained his uncalled for interference in the matter of the School repairs in sending a message to Mr Town which he was not authorized to do.
