Oct. 3. /62/ Cultivated Marjoram - like Thyme - some plants with long anthers & some with aborted short; pistils apparently the same in both.

One plant had perfect stamen, but so short as hardly not to project beyond corolla. ─ on one plant with long-stamen, several flowers had aborted stamens this I have observed in Thyme.─
