p 82 a whole section of the Fam produce minute closed flowers, with 1 stamen instead of 5 or 6 ─ & the one which is developed is the one not developed in the ordinary flower of the same species ─ ─ Produce seed
(Discussion on sepal & nothing new to me)
Moreover the small fl. have 2 instead of 3 ovaries, so that modification greater here than in any case observed by me.─
