Impatiens noli-me-tangere. Jun 22. 63

Pollen of perfect flowers 9-9 1/2/7000 — grains tied together by fine threads — plentiful — nectar in curved nectary.

Both flower together at the same time

Imperfect flowers very minute, very with but little pollen.— stamens small & anthers relatively to filaments very much smaller; stigma a branch of pointy quite straight.

Pollen emits tubes whilst within anthers, which penetrate stigma — Grains of same size, but apparently more unequal in size.— A mere rudiment of nectary.
