Teeth
The enamel contains only 4 per cent of organic matter which yields nogelcatine. The mineral part as represented by ash, contains less carbonate of lime than that of bone (4-9%) According to Berzelius, it contains 4% of floride of calcium & 1-2% of phosphate of magnesia, the problem of phosphate of lime being 81-90%
