Pinguicula or O? Movement

Sept 23d From A. Murray Paper in G. Chron I must say that leaves that bend must be those which have expanded under cultivation & which have the mere margin a little inflected

The other leaves which have expanded in a state of nature generally have leaves much mor curled in, & thus have little power of inflection. — I believe this due to repeated wasting of dead insect into margin, which makes them curl over & they ultimately release the points, which is of much service to them.—
